It is a first-of-a -kind tool that produces college lists that mirror NACAC protocols. Cost HERO is a user-friendly college budget calculator that helps parents establish guardrails for college spending.
A graduate of the University of Vermont, Towson University and Rutgers University, Todd is a Charter Member of the National College Affordability Group. Todd is a Vermont native currently working on various projects and promotions including college funding and SAGE Tuition Rewards for The Vermont Agency. He currently resides in Austin, TX.
