Paul brings over 35 years of industry experience and expertise to NPA Financial. Starting his career on the Property and Casualty side of the business, Paul has had great success and held several prominent leadership roles with some of the largest firms in the country.
Paul then moved to the Financial side of the industry and has held leadership roles with New York Life, as both a Partner and Director of Recruiting and MassMutual where he had ownership of all the Field Leadership Development across the country. Paul is passionate about recruiting and developing Financial Professionals, along with helping organizations grow organically and through acquisitions. All to help change the lives of people through protection and financial security.
Boston born and raised, Paul is an avid sports fan and former college athlete. When he’s not working, you can usually find Paul firing up the grill while spending time with family and friends, relaxing up at the Lake, or working on his short game at his golf club.
A graduate of Brandeis University, Paul and his wife Diane live in Uxbridge, MA and their daughter Alyssa lives in Boston. They are all huge animal lovers and support local rescue shelters in the area.
