Hannah Hubscher

Hannah Hubscher joined The Vermont Agency in November 2023 and currently serves as the Marketing and Distribution Director. In this role, she plays a pivotal part in shaping the agency’s marketing strategy, strengthening its online presence, and supporting key aspects of the recruiting process.

With a strong background in creative and strategic support, Hannah drives initiatives that elevate brand vision, align with organizational goals, and contribute to the agency’s overall growth. She oversees all social media presence for The Vermont Agency, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content across platforms. Hannah also manages the agency’s websites—including NPA Financial and Odyssey Financial Group—keeping them current and valuable for both clients and prospects.

In addition, Hannah oversees the agency’s marketing partnerships and champions continuous innovation. By collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, she helps develop fresh, forward-thinking solutions that enhance visibility, support recruitment, and strengthen The Vermont Agency’s presence across the industry.
